1. Design Automation TechnologyWhen designing a plant, there are so many variables to consider. Therefore, the final result of the designing process always varies based on the skills and experience of the engineer. To resolve this issue, we have been enhancing design qualities and work efficiency through data-driven designing optimization and automation, ranging from the initial stage where the layout of the plant is set to the detail ed designing process using integrated 3D BIM.
-
Optimized Location of FacilitiesWe utilize Generative Design practices to create various optimized layout cases that meet 100% of all design variables. With this, we make it possible to review and apply a layout that is economical and stable.

PARS (Piping Auto Routing System)The PARS technology creates a 3D model of piping automatically by searching for the optimal piping routes promptly based on the process designing information data to replace the traditional manual design process by engineers. With this, we can calculate an accurate material volume from the bidding stage and respond to design changes rapidly.
- Intellectual property right: Patent Application 10-2023-0140715 currently undisclosed (Takes 1.8 seconds per a Line modeling)
-
Steam Tracing Design AutomationUsing the optimization algorithm, we optimized the design process, ranging from the composition of the piping tracer (the heat wires installed outside of the pipes) to designing manifolds (heat wire distributor). With this, it is now possible to calculate the tracing volume accurately and reduce the time taken to produce drawings dramatically.

Automation of Facilities Modeling ( ST/RO-MAS )ST/RO-MAS is a technology that connects engineering calculation results with the big data from past projects to automatically create a model of facilities. This increases the accuracy of the BIM from the earlier stage of the project along with the efficiency of modeling.
-
Integrated Civil Work Bill of Materials Management ( iCBM )We automated the whole process from the plant’s civil engineering calculation, 3D model generation, and automatic bill of materials calculation. With the design database, we calculate the optimal civil work volume.
- Intellectual property right: Application No. 10-2021-0138428
-
Cable Auto Routing System (CARS)We switched from manual designing of electrical equipment and instruments to an automatic design process that is 3D-based. With this, we secure accuracy in the amount of cables we need to realize an optimal route while enhancing the efficiency of design work.
- Intellectual property right: Application No. 10-2021-0183683

3D Welding Joint Automation SystemThe key elements of piping installations are indicated on the 3D model automatically. The system also supports batch generation of the Weld Map ISO Drawing (which indicates 3D information in 2D). This enhances the accuracy of piping installation volume and visibility of the installation environment, allowing us to review the efficiency of installation works in advance and making more efficient installation work management possible.

2. Advanced Work Package (AWP)With the application of the AWP (Advanced Work Package), we manage our projects in a systematic manner, reducing the lead time and cutting costs to the maximum extent possible. Based on the Path of Construction (overall construction plan) set in the earlier stage of the project, we check the readiness of the drawings of the packages, divided by individual works, as well as the availability of materials, manpower, and equipment to guarantee on-time, on-budget completion of the project.
-
The largest number of AWP application cases and processes in South KoreaConnecting the AWP process of the international process (CII) with our project experience, we developed our own AWP process independently. Based on this customized process, we establish the construction plan (CWP) by considering construction works and commissioning. The job is divided into individua lly executable work packages (IWP) as we manage our projects meticulously.

- Intellectual property right: Patent Application 10-2021-0183954
-
Our independent AWP platform (LINC+)With the integrated data arrangement of the in-house system, we developed our unique platform to optimize our AWP performance. The current status of engineering (EWP), procurement (PWP), and construction work (IWP) is managed in an efficient manner. And we provide visualized 4D simulations connecting the BIM (3D models) and the schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
