LH Pyeongtaek Godeok A-54BL Construction Type CM Project

Daelim Construction’s Biz Division won the Pyeongtaek Godeuk A-54BL APT Construction Section 10 Project ordered by LH on August 13. The project involves building 1,582 units in 22 buildings with 1 floor underground and 20 floors aboveground in Joago-ri, Godeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek City. The contract amount is KRW 236.3 billion (VAT exclusive), and Daelim has a 35% stake. The project is to kick off in Jan. 2021 and is to be completed in Jan. 2023.
