The Ulleungdo circuit road was opened on December 28, 2018, 7 years after its construction commenced in December 2011. Daelim has built the 4.745km road including 3 tunnels and 1 bridge from Jeodong-ri, Ulleung-eup, Ulleung-gun to Cheonbu-ri, Buk-myeon, Ulleung-gun. The section between Jeo-dong and Cheonbu-ri, which took 90 min to ply, will now take only 15 min.

The section that Daelim was in charge of was the last section of the circuit road of Ulleungdo Island that was connected after 55 years. In 2001, 39.8km of the circuit road was opened first — except the 4.75km between Jeodong-ri and Cheonbu-ri — after construction commenced in 1976. The non-connected section is a shore cliff section, so construction is difficult, and the construction cost has been huge. Construction had been suspended for more than 10 years before it was resumed and completed.
