The Dongtan Logistics Center obtained use approval from Hwaseong City on October 25. Commenced in March 2016, the project was originally scheduled to be completed on December 14, 2018 but was finished by Daelim 1.5 months earlier.
The Dongtan Logistics Center is the largest logistics center with 473,913㎡ site area and 870,177㎡ total floor area. Daelim completed 2 buildings (A and B blocks) with 2 floors underground and 4 floors aboveground.
