Daelim Wins Project to Build Presidential Archives
Daelim was chosen as the construction company to build the Presidential Archives ordered by the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency (MACCA) on March 5. The total construction amount is KRW 61.2 billion (inclusive of VAT), and Daelim’s stake is 42% (KRW 25.7 billion).The Presidential Archives to be built is the venue for systematically preserving, managing, and using records of presidents, which are the core records of national administration. The archive consists of 2 floors underground and 4 floors aboveground, and its total floor area is 31,219m2. The main facilities will include records use facilities, records management facilities, administrative support facilities, and exhibition facilities.
The site is at 34-51 Yeojin-dong, Sejong Self-Government City; the construction duration is 600 days from the construction commencement date.
