Daelim Acquires Certifications for ASME Boiler Manufacture and Installation
Daelim acquired three certifications in the plant boiler field from ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers): S (Manufacture and Assembly of Power Boilers), PP (Boiler External Piping at Field Sites), and R (Repairs and Alterations for ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel). Through these certifications, Daelim’s project performing capabilities have been acknowledged in terms of the design, manufacture, installation, and repair of plant boilers.Given the recent rise in the number of overseas projects requiring ASME certifications, certification acquisition has been implemented since September 2012. The certifications acquired by Daelim are effective until Feb. 1, 2016. Through the certification acquisition, Daelim is expected to enjoy greater trust of clients and secure order-winning competitiveness in the power plant field.
