Vice Chairman Kim Yun Awarded Gold Pagoda Medal
- Contribution to Second Overseas Construction Heyday Acknowledged
Daelim Vice Chairman Kim Yun was awarded a Gold Pagoda Industrial Medal at the 2012 Construction Day Commemorative Ceremony held in the Construction Hall in Nonhyeon-dong on July 2.
Vice Chairman Kim was accorded the honor in recognition of his contribution to the second overseas construction heyday. In this year’s Construction Day event, government officials and personalities from the financial sector and construction industry including President Lee Myung-Bak attended to celebrate the milestone of USD 500 billion in cumulative overseas construction orders.
In his email to the employees, Vice Chairman Kim expressed his gratitude to the company and employees for helping him win the medal. “Let’s realize Daelim’s higher status at home and abroad by constantly facing challenges with conviction,” he stressed.
