Held an Event for Families of Overseas Service Employees
Daelim Industrial held an event for families of employees who are working abroad at Daelim Museum located in Tongy-dong, Chongno-gu, Seoul, for three days from January 17 to 19, 2012, in which more than two hundred family members participated. This event was prepared to raise morale of overseas service employees and comfort their families in commemoration of the Lunar New Year’s holiday.
The event programs included culture and art experiences such as watching shadow show and photo exhibition of Karl Lagerfeld ‘Work in Progress’, and making movable paper arts. In particular, the participants were deeply impressed by greetings for New Year and video letters from employees at abroad. They also answered the letters to their fathers and husbands to wish good health.
Daelim achieved record high KRW6 trillion in new orders from overseas markets last year and the number of local construction sites and employees are continuously increasing. Thus, Daelim plans to expand programs to encourage them and their families and build higher trust in the company.
