Launched a Portal System for Business Partners, “Daelim Eoggaedongmu”

Daelim announced that it launched a portal system enabling mutual communication for business partners on October 7 for the first time in the industry. The portal system with the name of “Daelim Eoggaedongmu” includes a variety of channels and integrated sub-systems to promptly and efficiently communicate with business partners, which boasts excellent applicability and accessibility. A website for mobile users was also developed, through which any employee of business partners using smart phone at nationwide local construction sites is able to access the website anytime anywhere.

The portal system provides a real-time mutual communication channel with the menu name of ‘TalkTalk’ to improve work efficiency of business partners’ employees and freely talk with each other. The TalkTalk is a twit-type bulletin board to freely exchange opinions with less than 150 characters, which can be accessed through mobile phones. In addition, the system offers an integrated work process for procurement, bid, and defect-repair which have been conducted by business unit, and makes it possible for business partners to easily understand various works such as construction order plans and the status quo of defect-repair management, etc.

Kim Ho, an executive director of Daelim, said, “The Daelim Eoggaedongmu was built to facilitate rapid and easy work processes of business partners and smooth communications among staff and workers. In particular, the TalkTalk is expected to play a role as a cyber space to create a variety of intellectual ideas for mutual prosperity of Daelim and business partners.”
