New Employees’ Dreams and Hopes

Daelim’s 164 new employees in the second half of the year held an event to launch their flying lamps with dreams and hopes at Daelim Educational Institute in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, on July 15. Their messages in the flying lamps were various and their determinations were also purposeful.All of them joined Daelim as of July 1 have participated in a variety of primary education programs to be the company members for the past two weeks. The programs included the maximization of new employees’ personal capabilities, core values and culture of the company, and methods to improve teamwork and creativity. After the primary education programs, they should have real job educations at four business divisions of the headquarter office – construction, civil works, plant, and management support. Then, finally, on-the-job-trainings at the domestic and overseas sites are waiting for them.
