DL E&C announced on the 02nd that it was selected as a builder with overwhelming support from the cooperative members at the general meeting of ‘Dogok-Gaepo Hanshin Reconstruction Project’ held at Daechi Middle School in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 31st of last month.
The reconstruction of Dogok-Gaepo Hanshin Apartment Complex is a project to build 816 apartments and other auxiliary welfare facilities. The construction cost is approximately KRW438.5 billion. This marks another success for DL E&C in the Gangman area, following the ‘Reconstruction Project for the 4th Woosung Apartment Complex in Jamsil’ (approximately KRW381.7 billion) in July.
DL E&C proposed the name of the apartment complex in the Dogok-Gaepo Hanshin Reconstruction Project as ‘Acro Dogok’. The Company proposed the unique and unrivaled residential value of its own high-end brand, ‘Acro’, receiving a great response from the cooperative members.
DL E&C applies the classic curtain wall look, and pilaster and colonnade exterior design to ‘Acro Dogok’ for the first time in Gangnam. The Company will also unveil its own specialized design, including premium landscaping within the complex through the Garden Collection, 32 high-end community facilities, and 100% expandable parking lots for 2.0 cars per household. It will also apply its own differentiated technologies, such as reduced noise between floors and exterior paint with improved durability.
Project site for ‘Acro Dogok’ is located in Dogok-dong, Gangnam, a wealthy town in Korea, with a delightful prospect of Yangjae Stream and Maebong Mountain. The residents can enjoy convenient transportation infrastructure, including Maebong Station on subway line 3, the Nambu beltway and Gyeongbu Expressway. It is also close to Gangnam Severance Hospital, Samsung Seoul Hospital and hypermarkets, as well as abundant living and educational infrastructure, including Sookmyung Girl’s Middle and High Schools, Chung-Ang University affiliated High School and Daechi Middle School.

Meanwhile, DL E&C plans to continue its aggressive activities for wining orders in the second half of this year, including the reconstruction project for 5th Hannam District and other major redevelopment projects in Seoul.
