Prospective residents of ‘e-Pyeonhansesang’ provided DL E&C’s workers with a coffee truck.
On the 7th, the prospective residents and DL E&C employees, who were supported a coffee truck
from the prospective residents, are taking a commemorative photo at the construction site

Workers at the construction site of ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Shingok Park Prime’, which DL E&C is building in Shingok-dong, Uijeong-bu, Gyeonggi-do’, received support from the Prospective Residents Association (“PRA”), including a coffee truck and clothes.
According to DL E&C and PRA of ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Shingok Park Prime’, the prospective residents sent a coffee truck to the apartment construction site on the 7th, and presented the gifts of cool beverages such as iced coffee and iced tea.
The highest daytime temperature at the site reached 28C on the day. Despite the midsummer hot weather, about 200 workers were able to take a short break with cool drinks sent by prospective residents.

In addition to the coffee truck, PRA also presented T-shirts so that workers could change their sweaty clothes after work.
An official from PRA said, “We provided a coffee truck and clothing to support workers at DL E&C site who are striving to achieve the highest quality despite the hot weather. We also ask you to make e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Park Prime a premium complex while prioritizing safety.”
Meanwhile, e-Pyeonhansesang Singok Park Prime, which is scheduled for occupancy in August, will be built with 4 basement floors and 35 floors above ground, 5 buildings, and a total of 650 households.
