DL E&C will expand the existing employee-targeted psychological counseling service to support employees’ family members, including their spouses and children. The services of professional psychological counselors in all psychological areas, including business counseling, job stress, interpersonal relations at work, family issues and emotions, are available to employees and their family members who wish to receive psychological counseling through a simple application.

Counseling methods include face-to face, video and phone, which can be freely selected. Up to 8 sessions per family member are provided free of charge for employees. Anonymity and confidentiality of counseling contents are guaranteed.

DL E&C is also expanding and providing ‘Visiting Psychological Counseling Service’ to all sites in Korea, which was adopted, on a pilot basis, at some sites last year.
