Daelim Holds Misa Centum Biz Completion Ceremony

The completion ceremony of Misa Centum Biz (Hanam Knowledge Industry Center) built by Daelim and Korea Development Corporation was held at the Misa Housing Site Development Zone in Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province on January 25. Some 200 construction-related personnel including Daelim Executive Director Park, Hyun-Seop as well as the CEO of Asia Trust (developer) attended the ceremony.

Misa Centum Biz, Daelim’s first knowledge industry center project

The Misa Centum Biz is a complex facility consisting of buildings for factories, dormitories, and neighborhood convenience facilities (5 floors underground, 10 floors aboveground). The site completed construction within 28 months of commencement in October 2015. The project is a knowledge industry center construction project won by Daelim for the first time, and Daelim is currently building the second knowledge industry center (Testa Tower).
