Daelim landed a contract to build the Gwangju R&D Special Zone connection road ordered by the Public Procurement Service on December 21, 2017. The contract amount is KRW 25.5 billion (including VAT), and the Civil Engineering Division’s stake is 51% (KRW 13.0 billion).
This project involves constructing a road from Daechon-dong to Yongdu-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City; it was ordered to solve the bottleneck phenomenon upon entry into the R&D Special Zone. Daelim plans to build a 750m road including 1 bridge (400m). The construction period is 36 months.
