Daelim won the Goyang Samsong Studio APT Complex 4 Project ordered by MDM Plus on December 19. The construction cost is KRW 237.3 billion (excluding VAT), and Daelim will carry out the project exclusively.

The project involves building 1,555 units of studio APTs and a shopping mall in 8 buildings with 3 floors underground and 26 floors aboveground, respectively, within the Samsong Housing Site District in Dongsan-dong, Goyang City.
