Daelim won the Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project for Busan Haeundae-gu Jaesong 2 District on December 9. The construction amount is KRW 155.8 billion (excluding VAT), and Daelim will be implementing the project exclusively. The project involves building 928 units of APTs in 5 buildings with 2 floors underground and 5 floors aboveground. The project is slated to kick off in April 2020 and will be completed in April 2023.
