in the Best Practices Contest of Construction Environmental Management

Daelim won big in the 13th Best Practices of Construction Environmental Management held at Seoul National Assembly Members’ Office Building on November 24. The contest is held each year to share the best practices of environmental management among 50 member companies of the Korea Construction Environment Association. The contest is hosted by the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport and sponsored by the National Assembly Environment and Labor Committee.

In this year’s contest, Daelim’s Yeongam-Haenam Access Road Section 1 site was awarded the National Assembly Chairman’s Prize, which is equivalent to the top prize, for “Environmental Management through Site-Placed Post Head Arrangement and Construction Method Improvement.” The Ulreung Island Ring Road site won the Environment Minister’s Prize for the “Case of Remicon Remnants Processing Improvement,” whereas the e-Pyunhan Sesang City Nohyeong site received the Land, Infrastructure, and Transport Minister’s Prize for the “Method of Reducing Noise Caused by City Center Construction.”
