Daelim Hosts 2017 Filial Piety Camp
Some 80 parents participating in the 2017 Filial Piety Camp
Daelim hosted the “2017 Filial Piety Camp” by inviting employees’ parents on October 27. Since 2013, the camp has been hosted each year in order to give good memories to the parents of employees on behalf of those who are busy working. This year, some 80 parents participated.

The parents went to Mt. Gamak in Paju City, Gyeonggi Province, riding tour buses departing from the Daelim head office building in Susong-dong early morning.

After climbing Mt. Gamak, which was beautifully tinged with autumn foliage, those parents visited the Hantan River Dam constructed by Daelim in Yeoncheon County, Gyeonggi Province last year.
Recreation time at Glad Hotel Yeouido
In the evening, dinner and recreation program were offered at Glad Hotel Yeouido. The parents had a joyful time playing games, singing, and dancing according to the MC’s instructions. The Filial Piety Camp was finished by going home after spending one night at Glad Hotel.

”My mother was happy and thankful, and it felt good. I am thankful to the company since I could serve my parents with devotion indirectly on this occasion, as I had been negligent in my filial duty with various excuses due to my personal business and geographical constraints arising from working overseas,” said Lim Sung-il, Vice Innovation Task Force Leader of Daelim’s Plant Planning Team.
