Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway Opens
Commemorative opening ceremony
The Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway built by Daelim opened on June 28. Daelim Division Head Baek Woon-il, Executive Directors Gang Gyung-il and Park Sung-yun, and Managing Directors Gang Tae-gu and Lee Myung-han, officials of the Busan Regional Construction Management Administration, and others attended the ceremony. 
Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway
The Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway is a private sector-funded project with total length of 94km, connecting Seunggok-ri, Nakdong-myeon, Sangju City and Impo-ri, Bukan-myeon, Yeongcheon City, North Gyeongsang Province. The expressway was completed within 60 months of commencing construction in June 2012.
Sinnyeong Tollgate
As a private sector investment project implemented in BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate) fashion, the expressway is owned by the state, but the operation right of the Sangju-Yeongcheon Expressway Co., Ltd. as the business operator is guaranteed for 30 years. Daelim had a 32.24% stake, the highest among the investors, in the expressway.
