The Philippine’s Pagbilao 420MW CFPP site successfully conducted the initial firing of the coal-fired thermal power plant on June 21. Initial firing refers to a test run of boilers by burning fuel. Through the initial firing, the site enters the hot commissioning stage after full-fledged firing.
