Daelim won the 3rd e-Pyunhan Sesang Saha APT construction project on May 31. The contract amount is KRW 89.8 billion (excluding VAT), and Daelim Construction Business Division will perform the project exclusively.
Through the project, 665 APT units in 6 buildings with 4 floors underground and 29 floors aboveground will be built at 513 Gupyeong-dong, Saha-gu, Busan. Together with the first and second e-Pyunhan Sesang APT complexes nearby, it will form a large-scale brand APT complex. Construction is expected to begin in August 2017 and take 27 months.
