Daelim was selected on May 12 as the preferred bidder for the construction of Yangju Okjeong New Town A-19 (1) project ordered by Korea Land and Housing Corporation. The contract amount is KRW 339.5 billion (VAT inclusive), and Daelim will perform the project exclusively.

The project is the fourth project of a series of housing development REITs projects in the Yangju Okjeong Housing Lot Development Zone, following the 1st to 3rd housing REITs projects to build e-Pyunhan Sesang Yangju New Town.
