Daelim Bags Hanam Misa Knowledge Industry Center Construction Contract
Daelim bagged the contract to build the Hanam Misa Knowledge Industry Center (Misa-Centumbiz) jointly with Korea Development Corporation (KDC) on July 15, 2015. The total construction amount is KRW 129.9 billion (inclusive of VAT); Daelim’s Building Business Division has a 75% (KRW 97.4 billion) stake, and KDC, a 25% (KRW 32.5 billion) stake.
This project involves building the knowledge industry center with 5 floors underground and 10 floors aboveground, neighborhood convenience facilities, and dormitory. Construction will run for 24 months from August 2015 to July 2017. The project is the first of its kind carried out by Daelim, which expects an additional order in the Misa district.
