Daelim Signs MOU to Build Paju Unification Park Condominium

Local government officials including Gyeonggi Province Governor Nam Kyung-pil and Paju City Mayor Lee Jae-hong and Daelim employees particularly Daelim director general Kim Han-gi attended the signing ceremony.
The agreement is intended to resume the Unification Park Condominium project, which was suspended in 2009 due to sluggish real estate business. According to the agreement, Gyeonggi Province and Paju City will offer administrative support for business normalization including a measure to designate the Unification Park Zone as a real estate investment immigration system zone.
The Unification Park Condominium is located in Beopheung-ri, Tanhyeon-myeon, Paju City and is scheduled to be constructed with accommodation facilities consisting of 1,265 rooms within 31 buildings as well as a sports park.
