Daelim won the Jeju Nanta Park construction project ordered by PMC Production on February 25, 2015. The contract amount is KRW 28.3 billion (including VAT), and the project is slated to kick off in March 2015 and finish in August 2016.
This project involves building at 10-1 Odeung-dong, Jeju City a hotel with 204 guestrooms and performance theater with total floor area of 3,636m2. The hotel will consist of 2 floors underground and 5 floors aboveground with total floor area of 12,231m2. The client, PMC Production, plans to hold performances for domestic and foreign tourists visiting Jeju by using the Nanta Park as Nanta Performing Theater.
