Daelim Named Preferred Bidder for the Incheon Dohwa District Urban Development Project
The Dohwa District Urban Development Project site is located
within a 1km radius of Jemulopo Station and Dohwa Station of Gyeongin Line.
Daelim was named the preferred bidder for the Dohwa District APT Site Development Project in Nam-gu, Incheon on January 8, 2015. The project involves building 23 APT buildings with 2,456 households in blocks 5, 6-1, and 6-2 within the Dohwa Urban Development district. The contract amount is KRW 355.2 billion (excluding VAT).within a 1km radius of Jemulopo Station and Dohwa Station of Gyeongin Line.
Daelim will undertake all processes such as project development-investment-construction-lease & operation, and all the houses will be rental housing. Blocks 5 and 6-1 (1,960 houses) will be rented for 8 years through supply and demand control lease REITs. Block 6-2 as public rent site (505 houses) will be rented for 10 years through public lease REITs. Daelim seeks to ensure competence and performance as a developer leading the housing sector market through the project.
