Daelim was selected as contractor for the Busan Jeonpo 1-1 Housing Redevelopment and Maintenance Project on November 8, 2014. The exclusive contract is worth KRW 229.2 billion (excluding VAT); the project is scheduled to commence in September 2016 and will be completed in April 2019.The project involves building 1,389 apartment units in 17 buildings with 4 floors underground and 34 floors aboveground at 11-12, Jeonpo-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan. Out of the 1,389 units, 902 will be supplied to the general public. At least 96% of the units will have an 85㎡ area for exclusive use, which complies with the national housing size.
Jeonpo 1-1 district is located in Seomyeon, the central area in Busan, with Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and E-Mart very accessible. Its residential environment is rated outstanding because the district is adjacent to Busan Citizens Park, which opened in May 2014, and Korea’s largest city center square, Song Sanghyun Square.
