View of e Pyunhan Sesang Canal City Daelim signed on October 10, 2014 a contract to build the first Gimpo Han River New Town Cc-05BL Residential and Commercial Complex in Gimpo Han River New Town. The contact amount is KRW 169.2 billion (excluding VAT).
e Pyunhan Sesang Canal City in the central business district of Gimpo Han River New Town consists of 11 buildings with 3 floors underground and 25 floors aboveground. The complex includes 639 APT units, neighborhood convenience facilities, and commercial facilities, with Lotte Mart set to open in the commercial facilities. The project is expected to kick off in November 2014 and will be completed in July 2017.
