View of Incheon Seochang APTs Daelim bagged the contract for the Project to Build Private-Participating Incheon Seochang (2) 10BL APTs ordered by Korea Land and Housing Corporation on October 22, 2014. The contract amount is KRW 139.0 billion, and Daelim will implement the project alone.
This project involves constructing 835 units of 8 buildings with 1 floor underground and 25 floors aboveground and neighborhood living facilities in the APT Housing District in Seochang-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. The construction, which is expected to take 28 months, will be commenced in March 2015 and finished by June 2017.
