The Gwanghwamun D Tower constructed by Daelim was completed on October 20, 2014 without any accident. D Tower has total floor area of 105,467㎡, with 8 floors underground and 24 floors aboveground. It consists of 3 buildings: 2 buildings with 24 floors aboveground and 1 building with 3 floors aboveground. Construction of D Tower kicked off in April 2012 and took about 31 months.

D Tower is drawing attention for its design, which veered away from the existing uniform office building concept of general transparent whole glass buildings. The three windows on the building wall are compactly installed regularly on four sides; thus providing even natural lighting and enabling saving 30% on heating and cooling expenses. D Tower acquired the best grade as an environment-friendly building by applying photovoltaic generation facilities as well as a geothermal heating and cooling system.
