Daelim DJSI World-Certified for the Second Consecutive Year

For the second consecutive year, Daelim was certified as a DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Indixes) World company. Daelim received the certification plaque for its addition to DJSI World at the 2014 DJSI International Conference held at Lotte Hotel in Sogong-dong, Seoul on October 16, 2014.Daelim Vice President Park Sung-woo (left) receives the certification plaque

As an evaluation index of the US’s S&P Dow Jones and Swiss sustainability evaluator and investor RecocoSAM, the world-renowned DJSI World measures sustainability from the economic, environmental, and social aspects targeting 2,522 listed companies in global stock markets. The information of being added to DJSI is offered to investing institutions worldwide and is expected to wield a positive influence on the investment judgment of global investment institutions such as SRI Fund, which invests in excellent companies.
As a result of the DJSI evaluation in 2014, 319 companies or 12.6% of the evaluation target companies worldwide were added to DJSI World. In the construction and engineering sector, Hyundai E&C and Spanish Ferrovial – aside from Daelim – were added to DJSI World.
