Daelim Wins Kwangwoon University Library Construction Project
Daelim signed a contract to build the new library ordered by Kwangwoon University on September 5, 2014.This project involves building the library, educational facilities, and parking lot with three floors underground and four floors above ground with total floor area of 27,153m2. The construction duration is 24 months from September 2014 to September 2016, and the contract amount is KRW 30.5 billion (including VAT).
This project has been planned to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Kwangwoon University’s foundation. The parking lot and library will be built by developing the underground of the existing sports field, with the upper part of the parking lot to be used as plaza. Daelim expects to win additionally the project of building the dormitory of Kwangwoon University after winning this project.
