Daelim won a project to build the Yongpyong Resort Birch Hill Terrace Condo ordered by Yongpyong Resort on August 6, 2014. This project involves constructing 70 luxury condominium units in 21 buildings located at 142-37, Suha-ri, Daegwanryeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do. The project will run for 23 months from August 2014 to June 2016, and the contract amount is KRW 67.6 billion (including VAT).
This is Daelim’s second project of building luxury condos, following the Jeju Teddy Palace Condo project in February 2014. This project is expected to boost Daelim’s chances of winning additional projects of building Olympic athletes’ village APTs and condos to be ordered by Yongpyong Resort.
