Daelim and Korea Development Corporation won a project to build Bluetech for the Incheon Geomdan Knowledge Industry Center ordered by Saengbo Real Estate Trust on June 27, 2014. The project is worth KRW 114.9 billion (excluding VAT), with Daelim and Korea Development Corporation each having a 50% stake.
This project will involve constructing two buildings – one with 2 floors underground and 11 floors aboveground and the other with 2 floors underground and 15 floors aboveground – on a 151,935㎡ site at Geomdan General Industrial Complex I 21-1 in Oryu-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon. Factories, dormitories, and neighbor living facilities are to be provided. Construction will take 24 months, with completion targeted for July 2016.
