Daelim Chosen as Primary Negotiator for Wirye New Town A2-2 Block APT Project
Daelim was chosen as priority negotiator of Wirye New Town A2-2 Block APT Project on May 16, 2014. The total contract amount is KRW 221.7 billion (including VAT), and Daelim’s stake is KRW 106.4 billion (48%). The project is scheduled to commence in March 2015 and will be completed in July 2017.The Wirye New Town A2-2 Block consists of 1,413 units including 1,077 units with exclusive-use area of 60㎡ or less and 336 units having 60∼85㎡ exclusive-use area. The APT complex location is the central commercial district in Wirye New Town and Wirye-Shinsa Subway Station Sphere, which is rated as excellent.
