Daelim Selected for the Namyangju Dasan Jingeon APT Construction Project
Daelim was selected as the preferred bidder for the Namyangju Dasan Jingeon B4 Block APT Construction Project ordered by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation on April 30, 2014. The contract amount is KRW 255.7 billion (including VAT), and Daelim will implement the project exclusively.This project involves constructing an APT Complex with 13 buildings (1615 units) each having 2 floors underground and 28 floors aboveground in the Bogeum Jari Home district around Baeyang-ri in Jingeon-eup and Donong-dong and Jigeum-dong in Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. Kicking off in March 2015, the project will be completed in July 2017.
