Daelim won an order to build the College of Commerce Complex and the College of Science and Engineering Lecture Building at the University of Suwon on March 17, 2014. Total construction cost is KRW 87.8 billion (VAT included), and Daelim Construction & Housing Business Division’s stake is KRW 61.5 billion or 70%. The project duration is 22 months, with completion targeted in January 2016.This project involves constructing the College of Commerce Complex, which will house education research facilities, dormitory, and ROTC training facilities with 3 floors underground and 14 floors aboveground. Daelim will also build the College of Science and Engineering Lecture Building consisting of lecture rooms, labs, and business facilities with 4 floors underground and 8 floors aboveground.
