Daelim Wins Project to Build Jeju Teddy Palace Condominium
Daelim signed a contract to build the Jeju Teddy Palace Condominium ordered by China Teddy Co., Ltd., on February 13, 2014. The project involves constructing 190 luxury condominium units with 1 basement and 4 floors aboveground as well as an art gallery and a management building at around 5Seogwang-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seoguipo-si, Jeju-do. The construction period is 14 months; kicking off in March 1014, the project is slated to be completed in May 2015. Total construction cost is KRW 97.6 billion (including VAT), and Daelim will undertake the project exclusively. By securing competitive advantage with this project, Daelim expects to win additional projects in the Jeju region where development projects are actively implemented.
