Daelim Wins Trans-Pyeongtaek Lake Road Construction Project
Daelim won the project to construct the Trans-Pyeongtaek Lake Road (section 2) ordered by Gyeonggi Province on December 31, 2013. The total contract amount is KRW 119.6 billion (excluding VAT), and Daelim’s stake is 45% or KRW 53.8 billion. Construction is expected to be completed 48 months after it commences.This project involves constructing a supplementary main road with total length of 4.39km (including a 1.35km long bridge), connecting Shinwang-ri, Hyeondeuk-myeon, and Bonjeong-ri, Paengseong-eup in Pyeongtaek City. It mainly aims to build a transportation system between Pyeongtaek Port and the US military base, activate the Pyeongtaek Lake tourism complex, and carry out balanced local development.
