Daelim Wins Two Prizes in the Best Practices Contest of
Construction Environmental Management

Daelim’s Suwon-Gwangmyeong Expressway Section 6 construction site and KOTITI Gangnam company building construction site were awarded the National Assembly Vice Chairman’s Prize and Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation Minister’s Prize in the 9th Best Practices Contest of Construction Environmental Management held on December 2, 2013. Held each year, the contest is aimed at sharing best practices of environmental management among the 58 member companies of the Society for Environmental Construction.

The Suwon-Gwangmyeong Expressway Section 6 and KOTITI construction sites had already won prizes in the in-house contest held in September 2013 as best practices of sewer pipe-type scattering dust-reducing facilities and city center construction noise-reducing activities, respectively. The two sites participated in the Best Practices Contest of Construction Environmental Management representing Daelim’s Construction Business Division. Among the 97 entries, Daelim won two prizes and ranked second. The latest feat proved once again that Daelim is a leading company in green management.
