Daelim Wins Project to Develop Section 1 of Siheung Janghyeon District
Daelim won a project to develop section 1 of the Siheung Janghyeon District ordered by Korea Land and Housing Corporation on September 12, 2013. Daelim will build 7 bridges and 1 tunnel and develop about 1.53 million sqm housing sites around Siheung City, Gyeonggi-do Province. The contract amount is KRW 28.8 billion, with 80% stake out of a total of KRW 36 billion (excluding VAT). The construction period is 60 months from commencement of the project.The project is the Bogeumjari (Nest) Housing project, which builds eco-friendly residential districts around Janghyeon-dong, Janggok-dong, and Neunggok-dong in Siheung City. Upon completion of the project, about 17,000 housing units accommodating a population of approx. 46,000 will be made available.
