Daelim Bags Order for Shihwa MTV Phase 1 Landscaping Project
Daelim bagged the order for the Shihwa MTV (multitechno valley) phase 1 landscaping project placed by K-Water on August 27, 2013. This project seeks to develop 594,000㎡ of parks and green areas (148,000㎡ for 12 parks, 446,000㎡ for 11 green areas) within the Shihwa MTV industrial and residential zones in Shiheung City, Gyeonggi-do. The contract amount is KRW 21.8 billion (exclusive of VAT), and the project duration is 42 months from construction commencement. The Shihwa MTV will be a cutting-edge compound industrial complex housing eco-friendly venture companies, logistics, distribution, and support facilities. Daelim is currently constructing a broad area improvement road linking Shihwa MTV and Shiheung together with the construction of section 3.
