Daelim Wins Contract to Build Sanseong Tunnel Connection Road
Daelim won a contract to build Sanseong Tunnel section 1 connection road (from Geumjeong) ordered by the Public Procurement Service on Thursday, July 25. The contract amount is KRW 74.1 billion (excluding VAT), and the project is scheduled to end within 54 months of the construction’s commencement.This project will connect Gijang-gun east of Busan with Gangseo-gu on the west by penetrating Mt. Geumseong. It aims at solving the traffic jam issue in Busan, easing citizens’ inconveniences, and promoting balanced regional development. Daelim is scheduled to build a four-lane, 1 km-long underground road and a 6-lane surface road connected with the Sanseong Tunnel.
