Daelim Bags Order to Construct Urban Facilities in Hwaseong Dongtan District 2
Daelim bagged an order to construct urban facilities in Hwaseong Dongtan District 2 from Korea Land & Housing Corporation on July 23, 2013. The contract amount is KRW 30.8 billion (exclusive of VAT), with Daelim’s Civil Engineering Division carrying out the construction alone. The construction duration is 30 months from its commencement date.This project will build the bridges required for Dongtan New Town to develop into a stronghold city harmonizing cutting-edge industries with residential, educational, cultural, and business functions. Daelim will build 8 bridges with total length of 808m.
