Daelim Acquires Inspection Certificate for Doojeong ePyunhan Sesang APT Complex 2
Daelim’s Doojeong ePyunhan Sesang APT Complex 2 acquired an inspection certificate for use from Cheonan City in Chungnam Province on June 3, 2013. The APT complex was completed without accident within 26 months of its construction commencement. Residents began moving into the APTs on June 4, 2013.Standing on a 40,153㎡ site, the APT complex consists of 848 units with 11 APT buildings having 1 floor underground and 18~23 floors aboveground. All units are small and medium-sized APTs with up to 85㎡ area for exclusive use. Four different types of APT units are available in terms of exclusive use space area: 198 units of 72㎡; 321 units of 84㎡A; 151 units of 84㎡B, and; 178 units of 84㎡C.
