Sunhwadong N-Tower Completed
The Sunhwadong N-Tower built by Daelim was completed on May 16, 2013 in accident-free mode, 28 months after its kick-off. This project intends to demolish the existing Sunhwa substation and park site located in Sunhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul and create a cultural park including a compound office building and an underground substation. The Sunhwadong N-Tower consists of 8 floors underground and 27 floors aboveground. Its total floor area is 51,379.65㎡, with the cultural park measuring 3,341㎡.
