Daelim’s Kuwait LPG TRAIN-4 Site wins Gold Award
Daelim’s Kuwait LPG TRAIN-4 site won the Gold Award (highest grade) after garnering the highest score in the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) performance evaluation conducted by Daelim’s client, KNPC of Kuwait. The evaluation was carried out on three oil refinery projects under construction ordered by KNPC. By winning the award, Daelim Plant Business Division’s on-site safety management capacity has been recognized. As a project of building an LPG refinery producing ethane, propane, and butane, the Kuwait LPG TRAIN-4 site recorded 20 million accident-free man-hours on May 9, 2013. The project kicked off in July 2010, and it is scheduled to be completed in July 2013.
