Daelim Completes Construction of Veterans’ Association Tower
Daelim held on April 5, 2013 a building completion ceremony for the Veterans’ Association Tower (VAT) it constructed on March 28, 2013. With Daelim Vice Chairman Kim Yun, Daelim Construction Biz Division Head Kim Ho, and Daelim’s employees as well as the client and local National Assemblymen in attendance, they celebrated the completion of the tower based on accident-free construction.
VAT is a large-scale business facility with 7 floors underground and 30 floors aboveground and whose gross floor area is 99,140㎡. The building is located in Shincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Although there were some twists and turns including the construction company’s workout, after commencing construction in 2009, the project was completed within 24 months based on accident-free construction. Daelim’s Construction Biz Division participated in the project as construction company in March 2011. Daelim’s project competency and technological prowess were recognized by the client through this project.
