Three Construction Companies of Daelim Group Hold Rally
to Adopt Resolution Against Industrial Accidents
Daelim,Korea Development Corporation, and Samho -- the three flagship construction companies of the Daelim Group -- held a rally on April 4, 2013 to adopt a resolution to eliminate industrial accidents at some 200 construction sites in Korea. Approx. 20,000 employees from those three construction companies and partner firms including Daelim Vice Chairman & CEO Kim Yun attended the rally.
According to the Daelim Group, they held the rally to establish a safety culture and realize accident-free construction sites by reforming employees’ safety consciousness. The employees and partner firms’ workers prayed for accident-free construction sites and read the accident-free resolution to comply with various safety regulations and strive to prevent accidents in advance.
“Safety is essential and compulsory, not an option; it should be given the highest priority in performing work. Let’s realize an accident-free work environment by thoroughly and steadfastly implementing safety management based on harmony and unity among all of us,” Daelim Vice Chairman Kim stressed.
